ZOE LAMONT, PROGRAM DIRECTOR, FACILITATOR – CANBERRA
Zoe has been involved in a number of social impact programs around the world including being the founder of the 10thousandgirl Campaign, a financial literacy program for young women across Australia linked with a microfinance initiative. Zoe is a Fellow of the Australian School for Social Entrepreneurs (SSE), regularly appears in the Australian media speaking on the importance of planning and financial literacy and was recognised with ASIC MoneySmart Awards in 2012 for her contribution to women’s financial wellbeing and in 2013 for Future Map’s innovative and effective financial literacy approach for graduates across corporate Australia.
GREG HOFFMAN, FACILITATOR – SYDNEY
Greg is an experienced investor, financial educator and writer. For the 10 years prior to its sale in 2014, he was the largest individual shareholder and a director of the Intelligent Investor Group which publishes the respected Intelligent Investor website. He is currently a director of Forager Funds Management which manages more than $150m on behalf of its clients. He is also a monthly columnist for Money Magazine. Greg has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting & Finance) from the University of Technology, Sydney and holds a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
PHIL GARD, FACILITATOR – MELBOURNE
Phil has been part of the financial industry for 30 years as a financial planner and educator. Phil was instrumental in setting up and developing the highly successful Moneywise service for employees of Flight Centre Ltd for over 17 years from its inception. Here he provided individual advice, financial education, seminars and guidance to thousands of company employees. Phil thrives on supporting employee groups to map out their path to financial freedom, guiding them to live within their income, successfully pay off debt, buy a home, understand super, insurance and investing. Phil has a Bachelor of Economics and a Diploma of Financial Planning and is passionate about educating people on how to be financially successful.

Held annually in the first week of September, MoneySmart Week is an independent, not-for-profit national initiative promoting the importance of financial literacy. The Week is founded on the principles and objectives outlined in the National Financial Literacy Strategy. Future Map is one of over 50 organisations from the business, government and community sectors working together to advance Australian’s financial literacy. For each participant who goes through the Women as Leaders program, 10% of profits go to the 10thousandgirl Campaign, an organisation providing financial literacy programs for young women in regional and remote areas, linked with a microfinance initiative.
